5. Subscription Plans and Payments
5.1 Free and Paid Plans
We offer free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have limited features and usage quotas. Paid plans unlock additional features and higher limits.
5.2 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAMQR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TamQR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
